Infant massage techniques can help with encouraging important milestones babies are continuously acquiring such as feeding, digestion, and motor development. Our registered infant massage therapists use gentle techniques that may help relieve concerns with torticollis, teething, muscle tension, digestive troubles and many other infant related concerns. Oils and lotions are generally not used with these treatments. We invite parents to be an active participant throughout the duration of these sessions.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on technique that focuses on the craniosacral system. It’s a very light touch, about the weight of a credit card. These techniques will help release restrictions in the body which helps support the nervous system and improve overall health.
